Uploads disappearing but still searchable?

Hello all,

Some of my music that's been on here for awhile now does not appear in my uploads section anymore. These songs still come up in searches on pond5 though. I have contacted pond5 support but have yet to hear back from them. Weirdly, some of these songs have been purchased recently.

Has anyone else experienced this?
