Early modern electronic communication started with the telegraph. The Morse code was commonly used to send electrical signals across the lines with dots and dashes. The tools needed were the key pad and a sounder. The sounder uses two electrical celinoids to make an electro magnate and breaking the circuit. The key pad is what controls the sounder.
