Unprocessed clips

I have uploaded a load of Sound FX but when I come to my page it says

"Attention: Unprocessed Clips
There's been a problem processing some of your recent uploads. These uploads were not processed:"

All the titles are showing but I don't know what has happened and how to resolve it. I have emailed support but have had no reply so I have had to post here.

Anyone ?

Pond5 peeps seem to have disappeared again. Lot's of unanswered questions sitting for days...

There is a problem on ftp uploading, lost two batches of videos that were accepted and uploaded.

I don't know about you guys but I've been uploading since the 14th through the 17th and all my clips are there.

Why isn't there tech any help here ? Is anyone here ???

Nope there is a problem. Lost two batches. I've stopped uploading till it's fixed. Jason what ftp are you using? I've lost footage on ftp2 and ftp3.

I think from my experience that your videos are not lost. Just keep waiting until you'll get in touch with Marcus.

Don I always use FTP2 and as I said all of mine are in the queue.

We did a rather major update of the software on the ftp servers this weekend. It was one of those updates where you get a bit of pain immediately but it saves much pain later.

I'll go thru the list of broken uploads and put them back on the queue again where possible.
