LLPs for everyone!

Apparently Pond5 no longer honors our choices made in the settings. I have opted out of LLPs and yet I made two such sales today. At least that's what they are listed as. Bottom line: Those clips got discounted by 73.8%. Bets are on: How much longer before we have to pay the customers to download our clips?

I'm not a native speaker. I don't have the words that I'd like to yell at the P5 sales department. Anyone ready to help me out here?

I think (look at artists forum pages) sales happen before you opt out from LLP. I to got report today, and many other's did. Those are old sales, reported today.

Mine was off too.

As was mine. Always off.

In fact, I did not exist until Mizamook foisted off his non-exclusive clips to me ... and all I get ever, as non exclusive is 40%, so how is it that the LLP program was A) turned on for me when it was turned OFF and B) a sale reported today that was made before it was Exclusive/non-exclusive ... unless it was for a Mizamook sale, in which case it should have been reported to him, no?

I didn't opt out but just about everything I sell is (heavily) discounted. Combine that with the reduced 40% cut and what are we left with..? I really feel P5 is desperate for quick cash and is just putting everything On Sale. Like they don't care anymore about the long term consequences...

"Clearance Sale! Everything Discounted!! Prices so low, they won't even feed us!!!"

LLP was opted out and has been for months. I check that setting at least once a week after I discovered that Pond5 likes to set it to on against my wishes. So far I had to set it back to off four times.

How does one opt out of LLP? Can't find such a setting.
