Feature request - Increase the number of tags to 30-35

Hello, there!
Please, increase the maximum number of tags for audio clips.
It is 25 right now.
I think 30-35 would be fine.

Every time I upload I have to manualy choice the "victims" to fit the current number - it is a pain - every tag had carefully picked and leaving it behind is a great woe for me:)

This has been talked about much before :-). I agree with more keywords...

I agree as well. Spammers are either creating a real problem (so we see the limit) or shooting themselves in the foot - as inaccurate views and no sales must be factored into the mathematics or the search engine. (Maybe, who knows?) iStock has a user based reporting system, but probably more staff and certainly a lower payout therefor. 30 - 35 seems reasonable. For those of us uploading to multiple sites, 25 means trimming keywords and extra work. I'll go check out the old threads on this issue now.

Gee ! That must be tough being limited to only 25 keywords. Take a look at this clip 146827 and tell me how many non relevant keywords you find.

I think 25 keywords is for the most clips enough. A good detailed description and 25 strong keywords should give nice results.

I agree ... yes 30-35 keywords is very welcome.

Absolutely! 50 is even. Dear Santa Pond5, buyers triangulate from unimaginable vantages. 25 is way to little, makes an extra effort in truncating the files if you've keyworded for multiple sites... so more keywords would be nice for Christmas despite all the naysayers and dead horse pronouncers. There must be a better way to police keyword spammers.

I used to believe we needed more, now I don't think so. If there was to be an increase 30 is as much as I would suggest. Spammers don't only hurt their own sales but everyone of us. If a buyer has to dig through a bunch of junk videos and spam they will just go somewhere else. If it can't be described in 25 words it can't be described better in 50. ... sure glad everyone believes in free speech here LOL.

Keywords numbers is meaningless for spammers: spamming is the act of adding irrelevant keywords. A spammer won't need 30-35 keywords to spam.

Is no 25 limit now?
