Very nice!! I lost my drone (Mavic Mini) in a tree line 200 feet up in Stone Mountain Village Georgia but I never got a permit so I can't sell the footage I have but I do miss it.

sorry to heard that @Madvideos , why you didn't got permit? . I really want to have 4k drone, hope could buy mavic mini 2 next month.

@ShotbyDSN thanks man, here in the US in order to sell drone footage legally you must have a Part 107 permit. It does not apply to actually flying the drone for that you need to register it with the FAA (Free) but to sell you need the permit. The test is around $165 here in the USA, the test is the same as the actual pilots test for a REAL pilot which is bonkers. It is only good for a year. Too much of a hassle for me and if I fail the test goodbye cash! It was mostly a hobby and was fun while it lasted but to be honest it was extremely hard finding somewhere to fly it in the Atlanta, Ga area as the drone won't even start if close to the airport. I walked away and never looked back. There are so many issues with drones it is crazy! I spent a small fortune on replacement parts and a new controller after the pin broke. I know that was a longer explanation than you needed but that is where I am on. But I appreciate what the OP went through to get those shots, in cold weather, 300 feet up and hoping it works out, that my man is gansta!

@Madvideos Wow that's very complicated, thanks for sharing me your experience. I didn't think that flying a drone and sell the footage requires a permit , I will find out about permit in my country. but anyway with or without drones we must keep the spirit comrade!
