problems uploads files!

In order to establish what is wrong, I need you to answer a few questions.

1. What browser are you using? Are you on Mac or PC?
2. What method of upload are you using? FTP or HTML5 site uploader?
3. What is the exact problem/error you're getting? Are you even getting an error message?
4. What type of files are you uploading? Video, photo, etc.?
5. Can you replicate the results and send a screenshot if you're still having trouble?

1. I always use Mozila firefox. . i'm on PC windows 7
2. I always upload from site, use uploads > upload new file.
3. No, I did not get any massage. when i click on ,,add media,, and choose file for upload, upload progress stays on 0%.
4. I upload sfx files and always upload wav. files
5. i tried to upload 4 wav. files and same problem again. Progress do not even move. This is screenshot link, you asked:

There's is frequently a delay on the files showing up, when using the browser method, however they will show up eventually.
Recommended alternative is using FileZilla and upload to ftp2.pond5.com using your username and password.

I recommend first starting with a new browser. Try using Google Chrome and see if that works.

If that doesn't work, then I would do as overhead productions suggests, and use an FTP connection to see if that changes what's going on.

If none of these things are working, it could be your internet connection. I've tried a few test files and I've been able to have them upload without any problems.

I have all the same as Iberian ((

I'm having the same problem today. Just won't work after several tries. I'm trying to upload music WAV files.

It's been a couple days now that I've not been able to load files. I've tried two different browsers. I'm not doing anything different...drag and drop onto the site like I've done everyday. The last bunch just three or four days ago and they are pending approval. I've over 500 files in my portfolio and have never had this problem before.
