Just curious how many GB you guys buy for your 4K shooting.
Frank recommend smaller capacity. I don't know how small does he means?

Personally I have 64GB CF's for 5D and 960 GB SSD's for BlackMagic 4K camera. They're already production proof. In 2-3 months they're small again :-)

Mine is 64GB, I guess this considered to be small for 4K, right?

I've got 480GB SSDs for the BMC and 64GB SDHX for the Ax100. Five each. While the Ax100 can go forever with those, I can easily fill up the five SSDs in just one weekend.
So, is this the all-German thread?

So far I have been using SanDisc. No problem.
I did have a batch of bad SanDisc CFs though recently. Got them replaced with good ones without problem.

Here is forum with quite a few unhappy Sandisc users in the forum

You have to be careful where you buy the cards. There are many fakes out there. I bought from amazon and got a card that looked different. Called Sandisk support and verified that it was genuine.

The funny thing is, my Transcend sdXC U3 R95mb W60mb was verified genuine in Transcend's website. I typed the number (at the back of my card) in their web, and they said it is real.
I still have problem with the writing. You are right, some of them called Sandisk and some Sandisc. Which is real, fraglich !!
