please help me!! Footage prices!!

Why some selling videos different prices than usual? There are video selling at thousand dollars, and are purchased too !!!!! I do not understand why, most are priced at around $ 50/100 but some videos are really different prices.

Look at best of week and best of month. Many Artists way undercut the true value. You should price to recover all costs (travel, equipment, computer time, internet, your time as profit etc etc) on the first sale. Most clips will never sell and a few will have dozens or hundred sales. Figure one sale and you will be fine. It makes no sense to price low because standard of living is lower in Egypt or Somalia. Why not make a good USA or UK standard of living. Most clips are sold in higher income countries so price it for buyer location. Don't undercut yourself. Lower prices do not sell better than fair higher prices. $50 for a well shot HD clips does not cover the expanses and profit. Think of it; a production how is paid $250K for a 30 second advertisement. They buy a few clips for $99 each to help make it. Who is getting the low ball deal ... the Artist selling for $99. Same goes for a movie that cost $200 million to produce. Don't undercut yourself, the number of sales is meaningless, the only thing that matters is the bottom-line profit you make after expenses.

@mattiamarty Way too low, 4K drone footage of solar panel, for exemple, should be around 199$ in my opinion. Low price are unactrative so keep low price for shitty footage

There is a beautiful drone clip of a Venice canal and gondola with the sun rising that sold recently for $899 I believe. Don't sell yourself short.
