un-watermarked stills

Hi,
Forgot to mention this when I saw you guys at NAB

Could we please put a watermark on the downloadable stills like you do for the watermarked video previews.
The problem is I've seen many of my stills on websites. Since I don't sell still images of my videos I know what they are doing. Just download an un-watermarked photo, why buy stock photos when you can get one free.

@JHDT_Productions - all downloadable stills from the item page do have a watermark. I guess it's possible the stills you saw were grabbed off search previews. Or people could just be removing the watermark, it's hard to say!

This is a very long story. I asked years ago to add watermark to still previews, and it did not happen.

I believe Pond5 needs to reproduce all the previews on the site, because we cannot manually check all of our files.

Ok, I see what I was doing. I was downloading a still from my pending videos. Those don't have watermarks.
If I download a still from a video that is online it does have the watermark.

The above video is online since 2012 and still no watermark on still.

Same goes for audio on footage. They put a voice over on music but not on the videos. I wonder how much audio is "borrowed" from free preview video downloads? Asked this several times over the years and no answer.

Some of mine still have no watermarks even days after approval. Maybe the full-rez still watermarks take a few weeks to generate? If so, this probably needs fixed.

Ok, yeah this is a problem.
I just checked my new videos and went back to last December.
None have watermarks on the stills.

This was broke sometime last November.
I really hate giving away free photos.

If you take the time run your mouse over the clip there a watermark there. Would rather have the watermark over the photo
blocking the center of the photo. Guess none of you ever noticed there's also no watermark on your video clips either until you mouse over them.

Are we not speaking the same language?
When you click on "download preview" and select "download a still"
then check that still image after its on your computer, there is absolutely no watermark.

Please read the post before being condescending.
