Review time seems to be around 2 - 3 weeks. There is a large cue at this point, Kennon says.

So do you see this glut of incoming producers as diluting and reducing overall sales and lowering prices overall? The law of supply and demand seems to indicate that. I guess the secret to staying afloat is innovation and timeliness, but timeliness is suffering.

Ya I kinda agree, a lot of new ones are undercutting pricing. I wish P5 would give precedence to long time artists or artists that have reached a certain threshold in sales. Having the largest number of footage of any agency, IMHO they can afford to slow down a little and restrict growth to only new quality artists that are serious about doing stock as a business .... afterall P5 is a business, most of the best sellers here are a business ... IMHO new artists should also have the same mentality. Reward long standing "business artists" with priority in review, service, and footage search results.

They asked the bank robber why he robbed the bank and he said that's where the money is.
Why shop at P5? Because that's where the video clips are. Granted P5 is very liberal on what is uploaded but hopefully we are all getting better at what we're doing. I don't think supply and demand apply here because two people shooting the same subject on the same day will produce different results and it gives the buyer a choice to choose what fills their needs. With all the stock sites out there buyers will go where their needs are best filled and if your competition is not here then they are there so you can't worry about them. Just keep trying to get the best from a different point of view. GM

There is an orange tab marked UPLOAD on the front page when log in. Key it and the second pull down key on WRITE INFO and hit the search button. If your clip was upload correctly that is where you'll find it.

Hello everyone.
Please bear with us during this holiday week as the review times will be longer than usual. We should be within one week lag in the few days after Christmas.
In the meantime, we have expedited all Christmas and Holiday videos, sfx, AE and music to ensure you all do not miss out on potential sales for these time sensitive clips.
Happy Holidays to all!
