Just a note from a refugee from the "other" stock site...Pond5 review process is so much better and faster...even at 2-3 weeks than the other site, that I wouldn't complain till you see it get to the 6-8 week wait we had at the other "stock" house. Add the editorial/news feature, the lack of arbitrary rejections, higher commissions and a more responsive curator staff and I would understand why many stock shooters are coming here.
One thing you might want to think about is that some of us, like myself, buy more stock footage than we sell...mainly because this is a sideline biz for us. We like the ability to get good reasonably price footage for our projects and I use my stock footage sales to basically subsidize my purchases.
