Why Pond5 do not solve old problem?

I don't think the files are lost.What you can do is go to the upload page where you could see search, status, in collection etc. Click on status,you will find All,processing,rejected etc.Click on all.Click on Max per page could set max 800 clips,set it then go to type click. You will find All,video,music,photo etc.Click all.Your total elements will show up here including which may found lost.If you don't found your lost clips after this workout then may you have to connect officials.
