Who is using the newest Adobe CS5 suite for photos and videos? What do you think of it? How does it compare to CS3? Is it worth the almost $800 upgrade price for Production Suite?

Worth every cent to upgrade. I did several months ago and have been using it daily - no crashes - fast and sweet with the new features. I also have the production suite. Since it does make use of the 64 bit world, you do need to make sure you have a descent 64 bit machine with Win 7 though. The more memory you throw at it, the fast it runs.

I have a good machine, only 4mb since it's now running win7 32 bit. So I'de have reload all my programs and format/re-install Win7 64. Just takes a lot of time but I figured it might be worth the time. I currently use CS3 Production suite. Thanks.

it will be well worth the effort - particularly when you get into AE still sequence processing etc. It really flies! Also, Win 64 is getting super stable at this point. I am even running apps that were pre-winxp without issue.
