Not able to upload pics

I am not able to upload pics. It says that it has identified some duplicate file.
What's the way out?

Any time you want to re-upload a file (e.g. if you deleted it from your Uploads, or if the first upload was unsuccessful), you first need to change the filename.

A small change like "file1" instead of "file" is enough.

Unfortunately, if you don't change the filename, our site will recognize it as a duplicate of the previous file. You will receive errors, and the file will not upload.

Please also note that at this time, it is not possible to upload two files with the same filename. You can only change the original filename prior to uploading the file to our site. You can change the file title at any time by clicking on the item ID number on your Uploads page.

I have clicked on ID number but even that is also not coming. What's the way out?

You need to change the original filenames on your computer, and then re-upload the newly titled clips to your account as you did before.

The duplicate message will go away after a week or so!
