Archival footage für members not included?

I have an year long membership and am supposed to have 10 free downloads per month. But doesn't it include footage from archive i.e. so called "newsworthy" Material? I am really confused about it. Please clarify asap! If not, it's a big deal and means I made a big mistake choosing pond5 in the first place. the clip i mean is that one
