hi i am new .someone please can explain me what does seamless looping mean ,its one of the options i have to fill
when uploading a video. if i can have an answer in spanish better

Sorry no Spanish! Seamless looping means that if you play your clip end to end, you don't notice. You could repeat your clip forever, and it would be the same with no "jump" when it restarted.
So for that to happen, the first frame is the same as (or technically just after) the last frame. If you have, say, a 300 frame animation of a planet going around a sun, frame 1 would be 0 rotation, and one frame after your end frame would be 360 degrees. Which is the same as frame 1 (0 degrees). So when you played it back it would go around and around forever until you stopped it.
Mostly used in animations and lots of stock music tracks.
Most likely you leave the "Seamless Looping" box unchecked. If it is for "regular" video clips, for instance, or music with some character, it is NOT seamless looping.
