Today no way to upload video.

Today there is no way to upload video files, neither via ftp nor the web. The transfer is stopped at about 20%.

Thanks for writing in. Sorry to hear you're having some issues uploading. To troubleshoot the problem, can you try the following:

-Try the web uploader with different browsers. We recommend Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera
-Try a different FTP program like Filezilla, Transmit, Cyberduck, or more
-Plug in directly to your router with a cable, which can make your internet connection stronger and more stable

If none of those work, please send the files to support@pond5.com via googledrive, wetransfer, dropbox, etc. and we'll attempt the upload on our end.

Thanks for the reply. I've always used Chrome (web) and Filezilla (FTP), but yesterday it didn't work with either of them, while with other servers it worked. The problem resolved overnight. Thanks again. Regards.
