Looking for some critique of my stock portfolio. I know it's pretty small right now, but it will keep growing. https://www.pond5.com/artist/daybreakvisuals

Everything looks good, just keep producing and uploading, keep an eye on exposure and white balance, be critical with key-wording and make sure titles are relevant to the scene I have noticed a lot of your footage is hand held, so make sure you say so in your keywords as customers do use that keyword as a main preference. The customer is your greatest critic at the end of the day. Don't be afraid to research and and see if there are any gaps that you could fill by shooting unique footage and get up close if you can, personal point of views is in good demand, this includes different angles and creativeness of any theme, sales will come, but you need a large diverse portfolio. Watch TV and Youtube commercials to see what style is in demand and trending at the moment. Stock is a project that only rewards with the amount of effort you put in and is very challenging, it really is a marathon and not a sprint. Don't be disheartening if the sales don't come straight away, my first sale ever was at Pond5 some 12 years ago and I made $2.50 from my Grandads footage I Telecined. it's a long road but it can be extremely rewarding. I like your work, it's very 'stocky' which is a good thing. Keep filming at keep your camera with you where ever you go!

looks good. You have a good list of key words with the clips, add more into the current media trends. "Sustainable" would be a great one with your plants and produce clips. These trends change all the time, nice work.

you may use warp stabilizer in post production for some of that handheld footages, but don't overdo it, a little between %1 to %5 is enough, usually %3 works

A lot has changed since this thread first appeared (2020), except of course using a tripod. Oh, and keep your day job
