The new policy of keeping the title box (and I presume all the boxes) clear of misleading or extraneous data new to us contributors. Much wailing, moaning and ringing of hands - as it will throw lots of us off. Contributors need a means of syncing files on our own drives to files on Pond5. It saves a lot of time and pain in file herding. I suggest creating a unique file contributor ID box searchable via the Uploads page. This could be searchable by the contributor only (?). In any event, it would not appear to the customer upfront.
The box could be something like this:
Clip number followed by unique ID,
7215-TBMPVIDEO

Not sure if that is a P5 requirement or an individual curator desire or idea. Looking at the latest approved footage I see a lot of titles with the frame size (i.e. 1280x720 and 320x240) being approved. Many with file names like "sisters092" also. I think many have tried to comply with the private message that was sent to a single artists as if it was a new requirement. Most or all will comply as asked. Biggest question is what is impact negatively on search results of all current products that include file numbers?
Like you suggested, we need a searchable way to find our products here using the numbering system we've been using for the last six years.
