Other photographers 'piggy backing' on my portfolio

How are other photographer's images appearing in my portfolio. I find it very annoying as usually their work is poorly exposed. It is not fair to ride on other peoples portfolios giving their images pride of place on my opening page. Should I name and shame them or should I just take the hit

This sounds very irregular. Not OK at all. You may have been hacked.

Hey Quasargal,
Mizamook is right. If someone is uploading content to your portfolio that is not yours, please change your password immediately and notify us at support@pond5.com of the offending clips. If you can also include screenshots of your portfolio page or other incidences of the problem, that would be most helpful as well. If you know the artists who are stealing your work, please let us know that as well.
Thanks!

Being a newby to Pond5 I may be misunderstanding things. When I go onto recently viewed images on my page I expected to see my images that have been recently viewed as I have not looked at other peoples images that I am aware of . But there are 4 videos and 10 photo images that are also not mine included in those recent views.
I have 145,000 images in other libraries none of which are duplicates and this has happened before to me in other libraries that take my images and it was because I included my name in the captions keywords. People for whom English is not their first language were copying and pasting my keywords onto their images, nor realising my name was included so their images came up on my site.
Because of this problem in the past I have tried to make sure that the image keynotes to Pond5 do not include my name, perhaps I have missed a few that do have it. I have concentrated on getting over 1100 images up asap and perhaps become the author of my own destruction !!

Yes, recently viewed images show all images / media you have looked at.
You can make a search on pond5.com with
artist:quasargal
- that should show only your images / media.
Or use "Uploads" in the menu.
You shouldn't include your name in the keywords - won't help you here. And the keywords cannot be seen by other contributors - only "related categories" which will be based on some of the main keywords, I guess.
