digital model release

How do people create their model/property release for pond5? I use free app called 'releases' but doesn't have a pond5 template and paper isn't the best option. thanks in advance

I have my own for my company that I use anywhere.
Just make sure it has all the criteria that the sites need.

As to electronic release I use an app called Easy Release.
Again, I created a template for my company that has everything the sites want.

Thanks JHDT_Production and Ryan, I saw the site link before I just wanted something more practical and easy to keep track and organise digitally. As I mentioned I use a free app called 'release' so I will try with that version and see if they will accept it. Thank you again.
