Most expensive P5 clip ever sold?

Hey all,
I was wondering what is the most expensive clip ever sold on Pond5? I've seen some good combat footage selling for $500, and would like to know if other stock footage has sold for even higher.

I think holtocw sold an Afghan clip for $1,000.00, but has since reduced the price on it.

If you search for pricegt:499 salegt:0 there will be seven clips returned. Whether they have all sold at the prices they are set at now is impossible to say from the search results, of course.

Never sold any for that price, but have sold them for $500 before. When they were all set to $1000, I had a bunch of production companies contact me and bargain - offer to buy 3 clips for $200 each, or something like that. Fine with me, since those clips had previously been set at $40.

I am realizing that lots of buyers really don't care about the price as they are spending other people's money. But I can say for sure that when *I* am buying, I care a great deal. I always buy the cheapest thing that will meet my needs. Then again, I'm not a big production house.
