Fraudulent Copyright infringement ~ I don't believe so

I need to know who to contact in my case where I have bought an audio through Pond5, produced film with this audio and youtube and Rumble, after running it through a 3rd world copyright checker, say that the copyright owner states I do not have any rights to use the audio. On this particular audio, https://www.pond5.com/en/item/11358112, Glory And Honour (Epic Action Trailer), they are saying that Sean Bratten "copyright owner" says I have no rights to use this audio. Can someone please reach out and get something I can show these idiots I have the right to use this please.

Have you gone to the contact us page?
https://www.pond5.com/contact-us

this is something only pond5 can do, not anyone on this forum.

Its a trick to cut the copyright holder out of the equation, where Pond5 evades copyright maintenance and also disrupts P.R.O. (or private) license deals. Basically a long term plan to make composers work for nothing.
