Issue Uploading 4K Files

I can upload HD files with no problem, everything works as expected. But recently with 4K files I've run into a problem with the same files uploading over and over again, like the server never sends a signal that the upload is complete. I literally have to watch the uploads and delete the files from the queue when they’ve finished transferring. Does this happen to anyone else or is it a problem with my system? I'm using Filezilla for my ftp transfers. When I'm uploading the same files to both Adobe and P5 there's never a problem with Adobe, everything works as expected. Suggestions??????

I gave up on Filezilla with P5 for that reason. Nothing I tried seemed to help.
Anything larger than 300MB seemed to be likely to repeat forever (and/or fail).
I just use the web uploader, and do it one file at a time. They never made it an option to only allow one at a time, but at my current rate of uploading, I'm able to do it faster than I can stomach tagging given the rate of sales, so it works fine.

What’s also a pain is that when Filezilla reuploads the same file, this causes the P5 system to generate a duplicate file message. This nifty piece of Friday afternoon coding doesn’t give us the option to acknowledge the dup file alert, and so the same message appears for days on end, until the system feels it’s made its point and finally cancels the error message. WTF is that all about?
I don’t think the reuploading loop is due to Filezilla, as I always use it for Adobe 4k uploads, and used to use it for Shutterstock, without the same kind of issue. I too have reverted to Pond5’s own upload facility, but that can sometimes fail. After experimenting, I’ve found I can reliably upload three 4k files in Prores, simultaneously (typically a couple of GB’s worth), without any errors, but if I push my luck, the Pond5 system will chug along nicely until the upload for multiple files is almost complete, and only then will it smile to itself and press the ‘You got too cocky” button, and fail the whole batch.

Thanks for the responses guys, I was beginning to pound my head vigorously against the wall in frustration. Miz I suspected file size was somehow an issue, and your experience seems to support that. I tried to use the web up;oader at one point but it consistently failed with large uploads.
Shaundaley I agree that its not just a Filezilla thing but unique to P5. Filezilla works fine uploading the exact same clip batches on other sites. The dupe file alert is an odd one, if it at least removed the duplicates it would be one thing... It's amazing that something so basic and essential to the success of the business remains flaky.

I just gave it a try with Cyberduck and got exactly the same result as with Filezilla- upload as endless loop. Just an fyi.

Yes .. I was having these same problems in 2017 .. (I just looked into it and found archived emails .. several threads at different dates ... complaining of this issue and in general leaving me to believe it was my slow connections. Also confirming that it was not like this at any other agency (back when I uploaded to others).
Forgot about the dupe problem I too was getting really annoyed having to rename my files!

So the big question would be- Why doesn't somebody fix it? Pond5's competition has gotta be getting a laugh out of this.
