Death of contributor

What are the advance plans in event of death - what details do we have to give our estate to ensure Pond5 carries on with the assets / payments etc

Good question.

Although work is already copyright by law I do register my work in Legal Art Institution for that purpose too. But I think if we use common sense, probably family can directly reach P5 and solve this matter with some legal documents to claim rights of the deceased relative.
