How many keywords ?

He all, just wondering what is the average number of keywords people use in their uploads?

P5 allows up to 50 but you find most contributors use between 15 to 20 keywords.

Ok yes thanks for the reply - that is the amount to which I was thinking.

I go with 40 to 50.

As many as is relevant to the clip.
To many usually ends up with a lot of spam words that doesn’t really have anything to to with the actual subject of the clip.

Spam words makes buyers pissed off and go elsewhere.

It doesn't make sense to put more than needed. Barely relevant keywords can draw away potential buyer since they associate your assets with wrong search queries.

I like to max out the keywords.

I have about 10k assets online on various platforms (7k between my 2 accounts here alone) , my first 3k had terrible keywords but out perform the rest. I also have about 6k assets on Dreamtime, they show you the keywords used, guess where they are? In the title! Every single asset I have sold on DT is like that so my theory is the title should have your most powerful keywords describing the thing, your description is next batter up.. following my theory and a LOT of sales over it I say keywords can be 10 and you'd be an overachiever :) Only recently I have been packing it up to 40 and 50, Just to see if I would sell more. Final opinion, go for it if you have the patience for it lol
