bug with 'untagged footage' link

there is another bug I have come across many times, when clicking the 'untagged footage' link.
it has been happening often the past 2 days.
I will go there, expecting to see the files I am in the process of uploading, and they aren't there. I see a bunch of videos, but nothing new at the top.
what happens is it shows videos that are 'pending' or 'online' instead of untagged, even though the select box says the search was for untagged footage.
then, I have to go and click the search box, and the videos change to what I expect it to be.
I will try to make a video that shows how it happens if I can figure out how to recreate it.
I almost always use firefox, because of a bug with MSIE

Try clicking the arrows beside Statue or ID. That will also rearrange things, sometimes putting your untagged on top. I upload and keyword a few at a time so they don't get burried among the online and pending.

I have been able to recreate the problem many times and have made a video which shows the problem. you can view the video here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SNnsOB8AbeQ&feature=youtu.be
what happens is that I go to Overview, and then "Untagged Footage" and the "View All Untagged Footage". then it shows untagged footage.
however if I click on any of the table header links to resort the data, it shows me pending videos, not videos that need edits.
the video demonstration shows it happening twice, a complete run through of the whole process.

Ok, I watched your video. Looks like you're trying to mix to similar but different processes. If you choose untagged from you overview page it takes you there. You chose untagged because that is what you want to see, right? So why would you then click on Status? So the system will give you different results. Because you asked for Status and untagged is already showing the system must think you want to see something else. What do you get if you click on Statue Again? I'm thinking you'd get your Needs Edits again.
Am I missing something here? I just don't see the problem.

When you click on View All Untagged it looks like it's taking you to your Uploads page. When you click on Statue or Id on the Uploads page your images are rearranged. You're mixing the functions of the Overview page and the Uploads page. they are similar but not the same.

the video clearly shows that it is changing from all of my "needs edits" files to "pending" files when I have not selected an option to change the type of files to be displayed. I only changed the sorting option.
this is a bug.

Pond5 will decide.

I understand that this is not a critical failure of the system but the system should not be operating this way. also, I have been using pond5 daily for the last 3 weeks and did not observer this behavior until just a few days ago, along with many other issues. they all started at the same time.
perhaps they restored from an old backup, that causes stuff like this.
also, they have not been updating the page views for sort results for my portfolio page. I check every day for 3 weeks now and the past few days it has not updated.

they are apparently using cookies to determine which state the search results are supposed to be in, and failing to read that state or set it when you click the untagged footage link.
