music files priced even at 2 or 5 dollars?

wasn't the minimum price of music put on at $20 some years ago? as in, you were obligated to not price below?

i see music files sold at $8, $6, $5, $2 even.. anyway, with no limit (or maybe a 2$ limit).

what happened? or was i under the wrong impression and there was never any lower limit?

Sorry for the late reply... You're right, there used to be a lower limit but nowadays with subscription plans and other things I don't quite understand you can see items sold for those prices you mentioned. Sadly for us, there's nothing we can do. This market is doomed, you can be happy if you still see some regular sales.
