Editorial for photos?

Im a new uploader to Pond5 and interested in knowing if there is an option for Editorial (un-released) images? When applying a template it seems the option is being set, but i dont see any fields for that when editing my photos.

I've seen editorial material here with a disclaimer attached. I searched but couldn't find the disclaimer. When I had some editorial footage I put a message in the "Notes To Curator" section explaining about no releases. The footage was approved and the disclaimer is attached.

If somebody knows the official way to mark editorial content please let us know.
