copyright field

i don't understand how to fill the copyright field when I upload a video. What am i supposed to say? is it a question? is it asking if I am the owner of the footage? I don't understand....

Just type your name in that field as you are the copyright holder to all material you produce.

There are question marks in blue and all you have do is key on them for an answer.
