Unable to upload pond5 videos to youtube

Please Help! I've finished uploading POND5 video stock into a video editor called Video Pad by NCH Software. It is only a 2 min video. Now, I can't upload it to YouTube which is the whole purpose of me buying this video stock. YouTube accepts the file and continues to say, "Preparing to Upload" but after a day of trying, I need some help please. Each time Youtube tries to upload for hours and hours, over 5 hours and then closes.

Try using Premiere pro or Vegas for editing. Or at least try to change your output render settings.
