What is the difference between the two clips?

Here are two "identical" clips. What happened here?




The answer, as much as I can guess:

A customer wanted to buy the first clip, but could not deal with H.264. P5 converted for him/her to PJPEG, and the buyer opened his wallet. Note that each file contains two "identical" formats.
