Balance payment not received - I have contacted Pond5, no response

Hi - I have been selling my stock (slowly) on Pond 5 for a couple of years. Balance of about $500.
I have still not received this payment to my account, despite contacting Pond5 support to ask why it has not been paid.

Back in March '23 I set up bank payments to be made in order to withdraw the funds. However the payment never came through.
I had gone through all the necessary steps to have the transfer made on 15th of that month.

I have chosen Paypal to make the payment - I'm UK based, so would need to receive the payment in £ GBP.
I've seen that another option is Payoneer, but I don't really want to set up an account with this.

I want to be sure that whichever payment option I go with, it has the lowest or zero cost related to changing the currency.

Can anyone advise on the above please - experience with best currency change / payment, or tips on how to get Pond5 to actually respond to my enquiry?

Surprised they haven't gotten back to you. Whenever I get paid from a foreign country to the US of A it takes forever. Getting paid in one country's currency but converting it to another currency in another country is not a straight forward deal, many steps involved. Usually it's at least 3 weeks from the time I'm told I am getting paid till I finally receive it in my bank account

The above paragraph isn't referencing any P5 transactions, this is another company I'm talking about

I'm in the UK and have it sent to Paypal. Always happens on time without fail. I don't know about the exchange rate but at least there are no fees for me to transfer it to my UK bank account from Paypal, and that happens instantly.

Whereas another agency I deal with takes 9 or 12 (forget which) working days for funds to go from a UK company via a UK bank to my UK bank account. Hmmm.

Are you writing to support@pond5.com? They always reply to me very fast.

If you get no reply after a couple of days, try writing to: submit@pond5.com instead.

Make sure you've filled out the tax exception form too.

The email I've been writing to is contact@pond5.com - that's the one which is listed on my emails from then when stock is purchased etc.
OK I will send to support@ and hope to get a response.
Will check if I've done this tax exemption form too - whereabouts to do I find this?

same. last payment was 2023 October 15. Nothing seems to happen when I transfer. please help. or just send me my cash thanks.

I had an issue a couple of payments ago with Paypal. P5 were fast at resolving it by canceling and resending. Yes, write to Support.
