When editing 30p/FHDV, clips come into an After Effects bin as Upper Field First.
When rendering, should I make sure that Upper Fields First is also chosen?
Does this Upper/Lower Fields come into play when the shot is progressive?

To my understanding, it is only relevant to Interlaced. Progressive does not have a field order.

Upper for HD interlaced, none for progressive, lower for SD

That's what I thought, but was confused when importing a progressive clip into AE, it came in "Upper" as default.
I suppose I should switch it to "None" when I import.
