Quick Time Heeeeeeeeeeelp!

Hi guys!

I am desperate:

Whatever settings I use to make my final exports from Premiere or AfterEffects to Quicktime .mov I get a file with the following stream info:

Format: Photojpeg, 1596x898
Normal Size: 1920x1080
Current Size: 1596x898

If I open the same file with MpegStreamclip, the stream info says: format Photojpeg - 1920x1080. I did reexported the .mov file using MS and when I open the exported file in QT I get the same strange info. Should not format be 1920x1080 as my export settings are???

I do not use anamorphic footage and all my workflow is set on square pixels.

check your stage size and set you legacy codecs and try using motionjpeg A or B

"Normal size 1920x1080" - that's the only thing that matters. So it should be ok.

Current size is the size it's currently displayed at. Might be limited by the resolution of your scren.

Thank you for your quick responses. I also found that the size after the "format" is not the real size. Sometimes is the size that QT player had before last quit. I made a test. I set normal view and closed the player. Next time I opened another file, format size was the same with normal. It is a bit confusing because that "last" display size is shown after format. Thank you very much again.
