Hi, all!
I have a still file with a changed extension. I no longer know what kind of image file is. I know it has RGBA.
Does anyone know how to find out what kind of file is? I tried to open it with notepad but there is no much information.
Is there any program that lets you see info on a still image?(Kind of Show Info from QuickTime)
Thank you!

Hi!
The http://www.imagemagick.org/script/identify.php suite of programs are the (imho) best command line programs for working with images.

Hi, Marcus!
I just tried the program. Unfortunately it cannot identify an image without extension. Anyway, it is a great program and I will keep it. Thank you very much for pointing it!

try a couple different extensions and seee if it opens, it looks like RGB plus alpha, I would guess a .tif or .tga.
