i've read some online posting about the problems library clients had when the music was identified on YouTube and an email sent saying was not legal to use this music though clients had paid to license. That was Rumblefish.
I've seen now Audiam.com which seems a bit different- perhaps not causing such headaches. Any input from pond5 here- if i have my music fingerprinted for YouTube detection, would that be bad news for libraries? I'd certainly hesitate to do it if it was.
