New York - sunny roof-top footage

This is for a TV commercial project but we would be doing some heavy post production on the shots, so no need to worry about brands within your footage.
We already have an ariel shot of a sunny NY skyline, and will shoot the rest of our advertisement on the streets.
What we need are 2 more shots for the opening; after the ariel shot we want a shot of an avenue which looks like it's been shot from a rooftop,
And after that a shot of a busy junction (Times Square ideally) which looks like it's been shot from an office window, high up.
The idea being that we move down from the sky and then our fourth shot will end up on the street, and it should look quite sunny.
Does anyone have any rooftop footage or footage shot from windows of iconic, busy, sunny NY streets?
Many thanks
Matt

I have a few that might work. I don't know if they meet all criteria, but might help;

Thanks dapoopta
Right kinda thing but our guys are insisting on some Sun rays, and no slow motion.
Many thanks for your response, much appreciated!

Hi there,
I am on my way to New York in the next week. I can look into those sorts of shots.

Hi @mattcraigie,
If you have a deadline, I would recommend using @dapoopta 's footage and just speed it up in post. What do you think? Also, you could color correct and add stock sun rays with an alpha channel. Hope this helps.
