What happened to pond5 since it takes so much time on pending reviews?

The main expenditure of any business is staff costs, the less staff more profit, if there was an urgency to curate artists work then it would not take long, I haven’t upload anything for quite a while from
Memory it was 5/7 days for videos bit less for images, staff cuts can be severe I am thankfully self employed now, I worked for an electrical store in England , on the late 90s staff leaving were not replaced, my store relocated from a 5000 square feet store to a 20000 square feet store, in the 5000 we had 2 security guards, one warehouse guy and 2 part timers 5 salesman , we went to the new store, the security was removed, the warehouse staff were removed apart from a part timer, we went from 5 salesman to 4, the training budget was removed so new staff received zero training, we had 5 supermarket style checkouts without a cashier, these decisions were made by the fat cat boss, the store collapsed and in fact there were 800 stores he wrecked the company but his pay increased, I would be called to unload a lorry in the warehouse, halfway through I would be called into the shop floor to sell a camera, dusty and sweating or I would be called to tackle shoplifters as the security was removed, in the evening there was 2 sales people and 25 customers waiting, most would walk out if I sold a washing machine I would have to sell it, do a credit agreement that took 25 minutes, collect it myself from the warehouse, process it through the till and load it into the customers truck, that’s an example of cutting staff
