Madita here, Pond5 Technical Support - I hope you're doing well today!
Unfortunately, our curation team has recently lost most of its members, which has severely lengthened the review times for all files. Our few remaining curators are going through everything as quickly and carefully as they can, along with some help of a review tool from our parent company, Shutterstock.
We've been informed that the current review times are:
Photo Commercial: 10 days
Photo Editorial: 16 days
Vector: 13 days
Illustration: 12 days
Video: + 1 month
Please note that wait times for review can still vary from week to week depending on the number of submissions.
This is outside the Customer Support department's control, as we no longer have an open channel to ask them for anything extra.

Thanks Robert. We appreciate your message here.
P.S. I noticed my port having hundreds of views most days, but last sale was 12 Dec. Seems strange.

Interesting, but it doesn't say the reason for the loss of most of their review team, did they quit, laid off, pay cuts and they quit?, are they from another country and something happened there?.
My best guess is sales are down so much in this recession and with Ai taking over the market that Pond5 had to make a business decision and let the review team go, millions of people are being laid off at other companies, this is a very bad economic situation for every sector.

Also I see a lot of views in the statistics section buy strangely when I'm searching at the videos I don't see those views getting captured. Very strange.

Shouldn't this have been posted in the contributors-only section?
