youtube licensing and monetization

I purchased a license for a music track here at pond5.
I put up 2 videos last week on youtube,
I intend to monetize the vidoes in youtube.
The videos were immediately flagged by contentID and claimed by AdRev.
I disputed the claim and also did the same on the AdRev website.
The status of the videos change to 'Matched third-party content',
the resolved then 'Matched third-party content' and now in dispute
again! I pointed google at the license terms here at pond5 but it
has not resolved the issue.
Question. When purchasing a license from pond5 does this provide
me with the right to add it to my video and monetize the video or did I
miss some smallprint in the license. This is really putting me off dealing
with pond5 in the future.
What documentatry evidence can I provide to youtube that I have been
granted a license to use the music?

Just upload the license and your good. You properly licensed the track so when it comes to the claim click I have a license to use this or whatever and put the link to the license and your good to go.

Does P5 license allow you to monetize videos?

I’ve run into a similar issue before — even with a valid Pond5 license, Content ID can still flag your video if the same track is registered by third parties like AdRev. The best step is to submit clear proof: your Pond5 invoice, license agreement, and a direct link to the track. Also, try reaching out to Pond5 support; they can sometimes help resolve claims faster or contact AdRev directly.
It’s frustrating, especially when you’re trying to follow the rules. If you’re planning to monetize video content frequently and want more control, platforms like VPlayed allow complete ownership and monetization without relying on YouTube’s automated systems or policies.
