Submit for Review not working?

Been trying for days and using different browsers. Can not get the Submit for Review button to work? What am I doing wrong? What is the glitch? I have an approved ID and all fields properly filled. What's the deal?

Same problem here. Submit is not even an option in the Actions to execute drop-down. My ID Is approved and also have all relevant fields properly completed. The chatbot is not helpful and I've sent emails to support@pond5.com, to no avail.
