The Moon shot using a BMPCC and music from Pond5

I was playing around with the BMPCC from a friend and decided to adapt it to my telescope.

The Moon was shot with the 5DMK3 ML RAW & BMPCC through a Celestron NexStar 6SE. More technical info at the end of the video. Editing and Color Correction done in DaVinci Resolve Lite.

This is great.

Very nice! Interesting to see the atmospheric flow that causes a similar effect as a typical mirage in the desert. Must have been a warm evening?

Thank you very much!
@vadervideo yes it was a warm evening but with these high magnifications it's normal.

Great video!
What camera adaptor are you using and would it work for the GH4?

@kk5hy sure you can adapt a GH4. You need a (telescope) T2 to MFT adapter. Something like this here:

For better magnification you have to use a good barlow lens too. I've used the Hyperion Zoom Barlow 2,25x. More technical infos at the end of my video.
