I know ive seen a lot of people complaining about this and i know its not really a big deal, but does any one know when this glitch will be fixed? I kind of rely on my views to tell what tracks are getting hits and whats getting stale.

So, I got a reply from them. I hope it may be helpful :)
Hi Leonids,
There is an issue with the view counter system currently, and so we had to turn it off temporarily. Our engineers are working to fix the issue so that we can turn them back on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Nice to see that answer, but actually Pond5 crew should post it under news and announcements so that we all knew what is happening - and also post when the engineers have fixed it - let´s hope they get it fixed soon

Yeah, I had a reply to from a support ticket saying they knew about the issue and they are sorry for it being down but they are working on it. They also mentioned that it would never show a false positive amount of views. I'd just sit tight, my sales are cart adds are still going up at the normal rate, so all good. I do like to see what views im getting on tracks though to see what people are looking at, so I can see why people are getting upset about it.

I have a group of videos that were uploaded over a month ago and they show no views. Is this due to the counter issue or am I not understanding how to get purchasers to see my material?
Thanks

avendlerpd its probably because of the view counter, its made a lot of people think their content is just being stagnant. However i would make sure you have plenty of keywords for your footage, that way purchasers are more likely to come upon your stuff when they are browsing for what they are looking for
