Releases on pon5 are in different folder (similar to Shutterstock). Go to uploads page and then you will have this: Uploads-Apply CSV-Releases-Templates-Distribution preferences, In Releases page you will get option to Upload Property/Model Releases (it is drag and drop window). You can also upload through ftp service by going into Releases directory after connecting to web-site. For uploading videos, images, etc, you just drag and drop same way as for shutterstock. Why don't you download FileZilla? it is available on all platforms, and then maybe you can get more help from me and others.

Make unique names for releases before uploading (date, name, short description, order number, etc) especially when you will get lots of them.

Ex: p5_vi_release_02_01_2011
and when you will have more releases in same day
Ex: p5_vi_name_release_02_01_2011

In Shutterstock you should name them on the site.
Ex: Name 02-05-2014 (can't be changed latter)

Ftp service is a mess today on pond5. It will be hard to upload anything. Lots of artists struggle to upload files.

So do u suggest toupload on their own browser ? Any other method ?

As far as I know browser upload on Pond5 is pretty good and working fine, but I been using FileZilla for years and I'm stick to it. I only use browser uploader for releases (this is how I been doing from beginning)

I prefer and suggest upload files over ftp software like FileZilla or other ftp servers including yours Cyberduck.
