I don't know about that app but I know that Easy Release is accepted by Getty etc so that one is probably okay here. Oddly I still end up using paper releases most of the time. Scan them and put them on Lightroom so I can find them easily.

I use Easy Release and it has been accepted everywhere. It is super easy and a fantastic app.

Ok I will try ....but ....who is the witness in the model release ? Let's say there's only two person around : can I be both the camera guy and the witness ?

You cannot be the witness for your own footage, no.

So what if I am shooting and it's just me and model around ......should I ask to somebody after the shooting to fill the model release ?

Legally its supposed to be someone witnessing the model and you actually signing the release. I know it's a pain but it's part of business.
So you need a third person.

Getty, iStock, and Shutterstock all take the forms from this app. I've always based my releases on the Getty release (considered a standard for the biz) and I have used them with Pond5, Shutterstock, iStock, RevoStock, and a bunch of others for years.
