copyright notice-matched third party content

I bought a piece of music (or better to say rights) here on pond 5, got a receipt that I payed etc. I used the music as a background music for my video and posted it on You Tube. Two weeks later I noticed on my channel Copyright notice "matched 3rd party content". OK, little annoying but nothing unexpected.
There is a way to respond to that, basically you have to prove to the owner of rights that your use of his music is legal. However on a electronic form provided by You tube to respond to that (i think its called dispute a claim) I can't find the way to attach my receipt/invoice (pdf file) which is my proof that i bought the music. So how can i prove that I have done everything legally (which I did, I even credited the author in my video) if I can't send him a proof. Am I missing something?

You should write to support@Pond5.com, there you will get help, not in forum.

You can try to contct an author, if he use a service like Adrev (to protect his music from illegal usage) he can clear your video.

patuwe97 is right, please do write to <support@pond5.com>. We'll contact the artist for you, and have them release the claim if it was made by a company like Audium or AdRev.. We do this frequently, and it never takes long, it's usually resolved in just a day or so. :)

Well I wrote to the support@pond5.com I explained everything, that I bought the rights for Music (DJ Rostej-Melancholy) that I have the proof receipt license etc but I cant attach the pdf file to a YTdispute form because there is no way to do that. There is no place in a form to do this. I even attached both files and sent it with that mail (mail to the Pond Support), I even gave the title of my Video-Mostar nekad i sad,,etc. However the answer was dissapointing. I was asked to send them link of the Video (even though I sent them the exact title), I was also instructed how to download proof of purchase and receipt. So i was instructed to download the documents which I HAD SENT TO THEM as attachment previously. It seemed to me that no one really read my post, that I was talking to a machine.
It seems that claim in still not reversed beacuse I still can see Copyright notice on my video, It is definitely not worth my time and money to deal with this, I bought the rights for Music on pond5 perfectly legally, I even credited the author, and it seems now that I spent more time proving that Im not a criminal than on making my Video.
I first had to fill a dispute form on YT, than I sent a post to this Forum, after that I sent a post to Pond Support, and after their reply I had to send another post. And this is not the first time.
This is totally wrong way to treat the customers. I am seriously losing my patience. HOW TO PROVE THAT WE HAVE RIGHTS FOR MUSIC ONCE WE BUY THOSE RIGHTS ON POND5 IF THERE IS NO PLACE TO ATTACH THOSE IN YOU TUBE FORM? Is it possible at all? Does anyone care?

Hi goladis! Sorry you're having problems, but was the claim associated with AdRev?
If so, just go to this page: http://www.adrev.net/contact-us and copy paste your license information and they should take care of it within hours. If not, message the author directly on Pond5 and he/she will be able to clear your video right away as well
Fingerprinted music is becoming standard procedure because of the ENORMOUS amount of illegal use, so I'm afraid proving you have a license will be something to get used to. It's not working perfectly yet, but hopefully in the future it will.
Best of luck!

Thanks. No, the claim is not associated with AdRev. In my copyright notice it says:Dj Rostej-Melancholy, sound Recording administered by Proton LLC.
Since claim hasn't been resolved yet I'll try to contact the Author. However, this shouldn't be the normal procedure, we are wasting too much time on this. At least users should have the opportunity to attach their pdf proof of purchase to the Youtube dispute form. And this is not the first time.In one of my videos previously, 3 "authors" claimed one piece of music which means at least two were fake claims, they were not authors at all. Since I had 3 pieces of music in my video (I bought rights for each one) it took me enormous ammount of time to respond to all claims, dispute, send posts etc. This is just not acceptable. I am not a pro I am making videos as hobby in my valuable spare time.
