Card add, but no views?

How can it happen that a clip shows a "card add", but has no "views"?

I know, the problem with our statistics / sales data isn't new, but as it seems P5 doesn't make much effort to deliver us with correct statistics which are in any way reliable for our business. I'm not an IT-professional or -technican, but i think it can't be so difficult to install a click counter which counts correct whenever somebody views a clip.
Of course this may be some more difficult as also the mouseover views shall and will be not counted, but card adds or sales must have had a view before!

Cart adds have been somewhat broken especially during this past month or so.I have sales without cart adds or views, and in the event i get 4-5 cart adds i will propably sell different clips that those added.
It's kind of freeing i guess in a weird sense.

Sometimes there is sale but there is no "card add" for a clip.

You can add directly to the cart from the mouseover matrix screen. If a buyer clicks the cart symbol on the mouseover matrix to buy a zero-views clip the clip would still have zero views once purchased.

i have been wondering about this. Also, perhaps, some of my tunes which have no views - actually have some (i live in hope)
