NTSC or PAL?

Do you know if it's better to upload clips in Pal or in NTSC? Does it make a sale difference?

PAL has a slightly better quality and is closer to the cinema look(25FPS). Also, the PAL market is bigger than the NTSC one. If you shoot HD it does not matter anymore except for the color space.
